These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the PreciDENT online shop and the purchase of our dental anatomical models. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Provider
PreciDENT – manufacture of dental anatomical models. Full company and contact details are provided in the Imprint and on the Contact page.
2. Products and Prices
All products are made to the highest craft standard. As the models are handmade, minor variations may occur. All prices are shown in euros (EUR). No additional VAT is charged unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
By submitting an order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email.
4. Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer (in advance) and cash on delivery. Orders are processed once payment is received, or upon delivery for cash on delivery.
5. Delivery
Shipping is currently free of charge. Delivery time depends on the destination country and will be communicated after production. See the "Shipping & Returns" page for details.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Details of the procedure are on the "Shipping & Returns" page.
7. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

9. Applicable Law
The law at the provider's registered office applies, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence.
