We ship PreciDENT dental models worldwide, directly from our workshop. Every order is carefully packed so your models arrive in perfect condition.
Processing time
In-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order and customised models may require additional production time, which we confirm with you by email.
Delivery times & costs
Shipping options, delivery estimates and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination. Once your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Customs & duties
For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your PreciDENT models. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Made-to-order items
Customised and made-to-order models (custom bases, bridges, teeth sets, etc.) are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How to start a return
Email us at info@precidentshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
